2 c sugar
2/3 c melted margarine
4 egg yolks
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp cornmeal
pinch salt
1 c half and half
Cream sugar and margarine. Add egg yolks, half and half, flour, cornmeal, and salt; beat very well. Place in 9-inch unbaked pie crust. Bake at 375 degrees until firm then top with meringue and brown.
